U.S.Y.B. SPONSORSHIP

U.S. Youth Billiards National Program sponsors enjoy program-wide promotion. This includes your marketing, and branded materials being highly visible at our Team Operator locations, as well as prominent placement at U.S.Y.B. events. You will also be listed as a sponsor on our website, social media pages, and any televised or live streamed events. This is an opportunity for you to get your brand in front of the established cue sports community, as well as fresh faces new to the sport, and to show people that you support youth billiards, team sports in general, and their communities. U.S.Y.B. SPONSOR REQUIREMENTS

All National program sponsors are required to provide their specific marketing materials (banners, signage, etc.) directly to U.S. Youth Billiards in quantities sufficient to allow display by our organization, as well as at or Team Operator locations. As part of their agreement with U.S. Youth Billiards, Team Operators are required to prominently display those marketing materials at their location. By purchasing a sponsorship, sponsors agree to allow U.S. Youth Billiards to use their logo in promotional materials, including, but not limited to, online and print use. U.S.Y.B. has the right to refuse any sponsorship. All sponsors must operate a 100% kid safe business that is not at conflict with our code of conduct or standards of excellence, and any links provided cannot be directed to advertisements or redirectors and must be “G Rated” and safe for all audiences.

FEES AND USE OF FUNDS

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS AND FEES:
There are two (2) different levels of program-wide sponsorship available, National Sponsorship, and Featured Partnership. National Uniform Sponsorship is also available.

National Sponsorship is available for an annual cost of $5,000. National sponsors enjoy all of the benefits outlined above. There is no limit to the number of these sponsors.

The Featured Partnership is available to only one (1) sponsor, and costs $25,000 annually. Our Featured Partner will enjoy all of the benefits of the National Sponsorship, and will also be marketed as our Featured Partner on all platforms, and enjoy a special spot on our homepage. U.S. Youth Billiards will vigorously promote our Featured Partner, and their brand, and any of their specific offerings, products, or promotions they offer.

If you would like to have your logo/company name appear directly on our team jerseys Nationwide, we offer National Uniform Sponsorship. Just select this option in on the form below, and choose the location on the uniforms you’d like to sponsor. These Nationwide Uniform Sponsorships have an annual cost of $10,000 per uniform location (i.e. section #1, 2, 3, L1, R1, etc.). Here is an example uniform to illustrate this:

REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS:
Refunds of sponsorship fees is not possible. Once a sponsorship is purchased, significant work begins on promotion, and marketing your brand.

USE OF FUNDS:
Funds collected, including Team Operator fees, player fees, donations, sponsorship fees, etc. will be used to create and maintain the infrastructure, and management system necessary to operate U.S. Youth Billiards, and support our Team Operators, players, their families, sponsors, and fans, as well as to provide a means for players who are unable to join a team due to financial constraints to be able to participate. Funds will also be used to purchase necessary equipment, uniforms, etc., and for marketing, and other purposes.

LOCAL TEAM SPONSORSHIP

U.S. Youth Billiards Local Team Sponsors will be directly supporting young athletes in their own communities, as well as getting their brand in front of prospective new customers. Your company logo will appear on your local team’s uniforms, and will be seen by many at matches, events, and more. All Local Team Sponsors are required to provide their logos in vector format to U.S.Y.B. in a timely manner as to not delay the production and distribution of team uniforms. By purchasing a sponsorship, sponsors agree to allow U.S. Youth Billiards to use their logo in promotional materials, including, but not limited to, online and print use. U.S.Y.B. has the right to refuse any sponsorship. All sponsors must operate a 100% kid safe business that is not at conflict with our code of conduct or standards of excellence, and any links provided cannot be directed to advertisements or redirectors and must be “G Rated” and safe for all audiences.
